Jane has been involved in dog sports all her life.
Her grand parents met in the show ring at Crufts in the 1930's and the family tradition started from there. For many years Jane was involved in Breeding, Showing and Judging in several Breeds to the highest levels and also professionally handled over 30 breeds in the show ring. Jane has worked with rescue organisations helping rehabilate dogs from abused homes and dogs with behavioural issues thus allowing them to be placed in loving forever homes. Jane has also taught the Good Citizens Scheme, Ring craft and was Secretary of a Championship Obedience Society,
Jane has competed successfully in Breed Showing, Obedience and Agility with her current dogs which are Border Collies, including the lovely Benson who although is profoundly deaf won his way to a national Agility final. Janes dogs train regularly in Obedience. Agility and scent work/ tracking.
Jane has a real passion for understanding the canine mind and behaviours and loves to work with dogs individually to help them achieve their full potential. Jane is also a qualifed Microchip Implanter for Dogs, Cats and small mammals.
Sally lives in Hoo, near Rochester with her 3 Belgian Shepherd Dogs and her 4 cats. She is a full time dog walker where she spends time with the dogs she walks socialising them, playing and some fun training including perfecting those recalls. All Sallys dogs past and present have learnt and completed their Kennel Club Good Citizens awards from Puppy through to Gold Standard.
Sally very successfully trains and competes in Agility with her dogs to the top levels including the wonderful Vixen who has won her way to Grade 7 ( top Grade achievable) and can be seen every year in the breed ring at Crufts with her beautiful girls. In the past Sally and her dog successfully trained and competed in heelwork to music and Rally O competitions. Sally has competed in Obedience and instructed in this field.
When not competing in Agility her girls are very busy in other disciplines including Obedience, Tracking and Scent work.
Sally is passionate about the health and fitness of her dogs and is experienced in fitness training including core strength and proprioception. This training keeps her dogs in peak condition and helps them reach the top in their game in Agility. Sally is also a qualified Canine First Responder.
